LEADING RUSSIAN AND FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION

Abstract. The article analyzes the changes in the higher education systems of Russia, the USA and the UK, the impact of digital transformation on the structure of universities, the transition from distance learning to distance learning using distance learning technologies and e-learning to group – with online interaction, the classification of universities, approaches to the concept of “distributed university”, mass and elite education.
Digital transformation has a significant impact on educational institutions of higher education, both in Russia and abroad. The current domestic and foreign legislation in the field of education mainly ensures the digital transformation of educational organizations. In the higher education system of the Russian Federation, the main task of educational organizations in the context of digital transformation is to achieve digital maturity. The preservation of campuses in leading and elite educational institutions located in historical buildings and places with museums and fundamental libraries contributes to the preservation and transfer of cultural traditions of society and civilization to students and thereby their education.
Education in the context of digital transformation has a special role in the training of highly qualified specialists for the digital economy.

METHODICAL WORK OF A PROFESSOR ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE FORMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. At the current stage of the development of university education, there are significant changes in approaching to the organization of the educational process as well as in developing teaching and guiding materials necessary for conducting classes. The changes are caused by the demands of society for the training of new generation professionals in the conditions of digitalization of all life areas. Nowadays, it becomes more urgent to alter traditional forms of classes with the help of innovative technologies such as “inverted classroom”, mixed, hybrid or distance learning systems. How relevant and justified is such a transition? The article, using the example of universities situated in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), describes the experience of methodical work of teachers on the development and implementation of innovative lecture classes, which contribute to the increase of internal motivation of students and their independence in preparation for classes, as well as sufficiently ensure the flexibility of the educational process.

ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION
(USING THE EXAMPLE OF TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE)

Abstract. Creating a digital educational environment is currently a priority. Graduates of full-time departments of linguistic universities have a high level of foreign language proficiency. However, many teachers state that the level of communicative competence of students decreases when using information technologies in conditions of, for example, distance learning. Until recently it was possible to create one toolkit and use it for years under similar conditions. Now the very existence of similar conditions is called into question. Modern technologies are based on the principles of uncertainty for humanitarian systems, both explicitly stated and implicitly present. Technologies of modern generation in principle give priority to the development of activities rather than to the accumulation of facts, thus spurring changes in the content of education. In our opinion, information technologies in the conditions of distance learning contain a huge motivational potential, which is of great importance. The main goals of using information technologies in the distance form of education for students are to achieve meta-disciplinary results of education. The conceptual features of using information technologies in the distance form of student learning are: adaptability of computer programs to the individual characteristics of each student; controllability, because it is possible to correct the learning process by the teacher at any stage of training; creating a psychologically comfortable learning environment; diversity of types of student-teacher interaction via computer (subject-subject, subject-object, object-subject). Student training nowadays implies an opportunity to actualize and activate the creative potential of the teaching staff, to include them in innovative activities related to the search for means and technologies of professional training of students. The computer as a teaching tool is only one component of the didactic system capable of changing the activities of the subjects of the educational process, i.e. managing the students’ learning activities, achieving qualitative transformations.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF A TEACHER IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract. The transition to “hybrid” tutorial models that simultaneously combine online and offline educational environments, omnichannel, had risen the problematic field with several key questions to minimize the tension in transposing teaching practices into digital communication format.

The transition urgency explained by adaptive factors – the main target audience of higher education institutions is the digital-natives generation, thinking by the language of numbers, freely operating digital technologies, preferring to interact and socialize in the digital world.

The article observes the dependence of the formation of digital thinking on the level of digital competencies, the ability to freely operate in digital educational environment and the use of innovative digital technologies in teaching practice.

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of cyberspace management in the crisis conditions of existence. The understanding of cyberspace as a body of knowledge at global and national communicative levels is being clarified. Crisis conditions are created by the further global expansion of reality and form the pre-war situation of being. Geographical determinism determines the physical substance (scale, size, volume, etc.), as well as the functional conditionality of the integrating idea of cyberspace at the global and national levels. Implicit knowledge plays a special role in the national cyberspace, which recodes the content and semantic processes of modern digital existence. Information security in this crisis situation is defined as the harmony of all levels of cyberspace: from physical to semantic. The criterion of such interaction is the ratio of personal and national, explicit and implicit knowledge.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT ON THE FORMATION OF CRITICAL THINKING AMONG STUDENTS: THE SINGAPORE EXPERIENCE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of new educational results – key competencies in the context of digitalization of the education system, which is relevant for Russian education. In particular, the subject of the author’s review is an attempt to determine exactly how countries with high educational results build educational policies in the field of formation of key competencies, taking into account digital transformation, and what underlies the development of strategies by these countries to achieve the desired educational results. For the analysis, the educational system of Singapore has been selected, which occupies a leading position in the quality of education according to the reports of the World Economic Forum and in international studies in the field of education quality assessment, as well as demonstrating impressive results in the field of digital transformation of the entire system of government. The subject of the author’s consideration is the study of conditions that could ensure the formation of key competencies, in particular critical thinking, and which would take into account the process of digitalization of education as a necessary context. The article provides data on the analysis of state educational programs and strategies that determine the development of the country’s educational policy for the next few years.

THE USE OF SYSTEM-SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS (SSA) IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF CONFLICT SITUATIONS AND TEACHING CONFLICT DISCIPLINES

Abstract. The content of the main problems of a theoretical and methodological nature that hinder the creation of a universal scheme for the development of the conflict is revealed in the article. It is noted that at present there is confusion in the definition of the concept of “conflict situation”, which is mainly considered as a stage preceding a conflict, and the concept of “conflict” itself, and they are often considered as equivalent which does not seem quite correct. A universal scheme for the development of the conflict created on the basis of a system-situational approach is presented, which makes it possible to eliminate conceptual confusion and evaluate in more detail the dynamics of conflict interactions between the parties. An adapted form of MCDE for the study of conflict situations and conflicts is proposed, consisting of two parts – retrospective and perspective. The retrospective part of the form aims to collect information about the past conflict situation, allowing to assess its specifics, key characteristics, the attitude of the subject to the opponent, and the prospective part is aimed at collecting information necessary for the subsequent settlement and resolution of the entire conflict. The possibilities of applying the results of the SSA in teaching students about conflict disciplines and preparing cases on conflict situations for analysis in the classroom are disclosed. Methods of encouraging students to study when working with cases devoted to conflict situations are proposed.

OPPORTUNITIES AND DISADVANTAGES OF A MIXED FORM OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION

Abstract. The active introduction of the latest educational technologies is due to the high rates of digitalization, the complex epidemiological situation around the world, which hinders the implementation of educational programs developed in the classical form. Mixed forms of education, developed using distance learning technologies, allow for operational interaction between students and teachers, successfully implement training programs, reduce time and transportation costs associated with full-time attendance at training sessions. The author analyzes the experience of implementing remote technologies described by teaching staff of Russian and foreign universities. The analysis of scientific publications allowed the author of the article to identify a number of problematic categories underlying numerous studies. At the stage of collecting empirical data, a written survey of students and an oral survey of teachers of the Vladimir branch of the RANEPA were conducted. The conclusions made by the author allow us to identify a number of positive and negative characteristics describing the process of practical application of distance learning technologies in the educational process, namely mixed forms of learning. The opportunities and prospects associated with the active use of the latest technologies in the educational process are optimistic, since they fully contribute to the formation of the necessary professional competencies.

DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL COMPETENCES OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATION OF STUDENTS’ EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract. Higher education institutions must respond to the main challenges associated with the transformation processes of recent years. One aspect is that university professors need to be prepared to integrate digital technology into learning processes, which requires them to test their competence in this area. The purpose of this study is to analyze what ICT technologies are purchased in foreign and Russian universities, and what types of ICT tools are used by local teachers in the educational process. To solve these tasks, a number of foreign publications on topic of implementation of digital technologies were analyzed, and a quantitative study was conducted with the involvement of more than 100 teachers of the Financial University under the Government of Russian Federation, OUP VO ATISO, RUT (MIIT), ANO VO “INSTITUTE OF CONTEMPORARY ART” – ISI, in the field of social and economic sciences.

The results showed that at the moment teachers in universities are quite actively implementing and using various digital tools and platforms in their daily work (Google drive, VK Teams, email, LMS-Moodle), but most of them do not have enough time and technical skills for more active implementation ICT in the educational process of students.

The professional development of specialists working with substitute families, their professional development is due to the need to meet modern requirements of society, work in conditions of modernization of the education system and the introduction of digital technologies. Improving the system of professional development of specialists working with substitute families currently requires a comprehensive analysis of the changes taking place and overcoming the contradictions that arise, which will allow the processes of professional development of specialists to be carried out more effectively. The features of professional development of specialists in working with substitute families in the conditions of digitalization of the educational space are considered.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the potential of digital technologies in the educational process for the professional development of specialists working with substitute families.

The hypothesis of our theoretical research was that in a developing educational environment with the use of digital technologies, the professional development of specialists working with substitute families is more successful. The use of digital technologies in training, professional development of specialists ensures the personalization and individualization of education, harmonious development and active self-development of students.

The theoretical significance of the results lies in the analysis of the use of digital technologies in the context of improving the effectiveness of the education system of specialists working with substitute families. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed tools for educational organizations to develop training programs in order to improve the professional development of specialists working with substitute families, including taking into account the use of digital technologies.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the topical issues of training specialists in the field of interlanguage and intercultural communication in a modern higher educational institution in the context of the digital transformation of the world community as a whole and the educational space in particular, which includes all aspects of the modern domestic education system without exception. Special attention is paid to the problem of the formation of the student – future translator not only professional, narrowly specialized competencies, but also the necessary personal qualities that ensure not only the competence of the specialist, but also his professional and personal success and satisfaction from his future professional activity. The article presents an analysis of the process of preparing translation staff for their future professional activity in the context of digital learning. The possibilities of using digital educational online platforms for processing, analysis and subsequent translation from a foreign language into Russian and vice versa are considered. Abstract. The article discusses the pedagogical aspects of the implementation of research activities of medical university students in the context of digital transformation. The theoretical foundations of the development of the scientific potential of medical students are being studied. In the practical part of the work, the study of factors affecting motivation for scientific activity is carried out, as well as the difficulties encountered by students of the residency in the process of mastering research competencies are identified. The difficulties encountered by residents in the process of implementing scientific activities associated with violations of feedback from the supervisor, lack of experience in scientific work, as well as other factors presented in the work are analyzed. The conclusions about the absence of a system of consistent introduction of medical university students into research activities are argued, causing many students difficulties and unwillingness to continue scientific work.

MANAGEMENT OF SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract. The relevance of this topic is that the adaptation of older adolescents to a new educational environment for them, contributes to the adequate socialization of the personality as a whole. Entering a secondary vocational educational institution, a student is faced with new requirements, attitudes, qualitatively different, in comparison with the school, educational load. The social and psychological environment is also changing, there are difficulties in entering a new adolescent, possibly unfriendly environment. The article gives a theoretical analysis of the features of the socio-psychological adaptation of students of secondary vocational education. We tried to convincingly prove the need to manage psychological assistance to older adolescents in the first years of study at a technical school / college. It is likely that first-year students will receive a psychological trauma, which may in the future negatively affect a person’s life if this assistance is not provided to them. Same, in the future disadaptation in the surrounding society is likely. Further in the article, in its main part, possible recommendations are presented for the organizers of psychological support for the socio-psychological adaptation of first-year students, which can help psychologists, pedagogues and leaders of the pedagogical process in the institutions of vocational education. We called these recommendations “Management Program for the Socio-Psychological Adaptation of First-Year Students of the Vocational Education System (STP) in the Context of Psychological Support”. The article presents the results of the implementation of this Program in the practice of the educational process of the College of the Russian University of Consumer Cooperation. Its effectiveness is confirmed by a study conducted with the help of a battery of specially selected psychodiagnostic techniques before the introduction of this Program and after its completion. And the drawings presented in the article convincingly show the correctness of our decision on the need to introduce into the practice of working with first-year students of vocational education planned and scientifically based work on their adaptation to the conditions of the new socio-psychological environment.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE IN EMPLOYMENT IN THE PRE-RETIREMENT AGE IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION AND ECONOMIC SANCTIONS

Abstract. This article analyzes the features of the modern labor market for specialists of pre-retirement age, reveals the psychological difficulties of employment of specialists of pre-retirement age. The psychological resources necessary for employment in the conditions of economic sanctions are considered. The role of the retraining process for successful employment is investigated, about the need to prove their advantages to employers. About the formation of the psychology of the winner in the competition for the workplace. Three groups of labor subjects of pre-retirement age are compared: “working”; “do not work and do not want to”; “unemployed, trying to find a job”. Recommendations are given for the disclosure of the labor potential of pre-retirees and successful competition in the labor market, which will help with employment.

MULTIMETHOD APPROACH IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONCEPT OF COUNTERACTING SYSTEMS OF INFORMATION AND DIGITAL REALITY

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of the root cause of the confrontation of confrontational systems in crisis, pre-war situations. The methodology of studying such processes is associated with a multimethod approach. He analyzes such systems with the help of rational elements, balance of forces, anarchic structures, dominant polarity and multipolarity. The security dilemma is characterized by an anarchic structure. Correlation of so-called “biased” reference points in the confrontation of confrontational systems is possible, and, consequently, management and balancing of contradictory processes is possible in digital reality.
