ON THE QUESTION OF THE SYSTEMIC NATURE OF THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION DURING THE BORDER OF PETER THE GREAT

Abstract. The relevance of the article is due to the presence of the problem of corruption and the need to comprehend it through the analysis of domestic experience in countering this negative social phenomenon. Purpose: to determine the presence of a systemic nature of anti-corruption measures in the era of the reign of Peter the Great. Methods: a systematic approach to the study of corruption allows us to consider this phenomenon as an integral structure, to identify and analyze its main elements and internal connections. An integrated approach helps to comprehensively study the anti-corruption measures of the first quarter of the 18th century using various historical sources and documents. The interdisciplinary approach makes it possible to draw on historical research developments from the fields of related humanitarian and social knowledge, which allows a fresh look at the problem under consideration. Results: based on the analysis of historical material, as well as the works of representatives of related areas of social and humanitarian knowledge, it was found that the anti-corruption reforms of Peter I were complex, large-scale in terms of the measures taken and the time frame. However, the authors emphasize the lack of integrity in the implemented measures, which violated the systemic nature of the reforms, and reduced their effectiveness. Violation of the principle of integrity brought to naught the many years of struggle of Peter I with this type of crime, neutralizing the most important component in the complex of anti-corruption measures. Scientific novelty: in the article for the first time, based on the use of a systematic approach, the course of anti-corruption reforms in the first quarter of the 18th century was studied. Practical significance: the main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used when considering issues related to the need to fight corruption in our country.

ON THE METAPHORISM OF THE SUBJECTIVE PERCEPTION OF TIME

Abstract. The purpose of the study was to penetrate deeply into the nature of individual perception of time and search for a definition of the phenomenon of time in its cognitive aspect. In the presented analysis, a cross-disciplinary approach was used, including static, dynamic, relativistic and physical and mathematical analysis, which made it possible to consider the problem in its multidimensionality. The absence of a time component in the fundamental definitions of mass and energy in the context of Poincare-Einstein relativism is mathematically substantiated, which made it possible to conclude that there are no physical foundations for the phenomenon of time. An analysis of the problem from the standpoint of psychology, with the inclusion of the aspect of the subjective observer, led to the conclusion that there is no image-representation of time in the individual mind, which led to the existing metaphorization of this concept, thanks to which it became possible to use time as a tool for understanding the world and opened up the potential for epochal changes in all scientific directions without exception. The existing diversity in the definitions of time should be considered only from the position of their locality, and their plurality only proves their incompleteness.

CORONAVIRUS AS A SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTOR OF CIVILIZATIONAL CHANGES

Abstract. The purpose of the study was to provide a socio-psychological assessment of the social results of modern methods of countering the coronavirus pandemic, to search for hidden mechanisms for the development of the pandemic and measures to counter infection. The communicativist approach in the analysis of the problem is substantiated, which makes it possible to consider pandemic phenomena at the system level. The use of a systematic approach in the analysis of the mechanisms of the expansion of the multiplied coronavirus is substantiated. An analytical approach based on the concept of information viruses is applied, which allows the use of patterns from the field of computer virus infections. An analysis of some of the features of the coronavirus and the characteristics of its spread in the world made it possible to assume its hybrid nature, which gives reason to consider the coronavirus as a bioinformational entity that has systemic intelligence in multiple forms, obeying both biological and informational laws. The necessity of paradigmally new ways of solving the problem is substantiated, a number of measures to ensure changes in the scientific and social spheres are proposed.

SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTEXTS OF PERSONNEL SECURITY

Abstract. Solving the problems of ensuring the personnel security of modern companies is considered today as a priority strategic task. However, the complexity and ambiguity of the interpretation of the term “security”, when different sources define it, at the same time, both as the absence of danger and as protection from danger, have already led today to the fact that many managers apply technologies and techniques for ensuring personnel security of their enterprises, not quite realizing that the implemented methods are, in fact, mutually exclusive and do not bring the effect of management activities. A clear understanding of the specific socio-psychological contexts of the term “security”, it seems, can contribute to an adequate choice of management technologies that increase the level of personnel security of an enterprise and, as a result, economic security in general.

SYSTEM OF FILM DIRECTORS’ SKILLS TO BE TAUGHT DURING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract. The most important problem of modern pedagogy of directing is, oddly enough, not training, but education. Unfortunately, school education often demonstrates its failure precisely in this aspect of pedagogy: first-year students come to creative universities with a good set of knowledge and well-developed critical thinking, but at the same time they are absolutely unprepared in terms of education. We are talking about self-education, the core, a sense of one’s own strengths and reserves. Of course, each student already has his own character, which was formed by the beginning of his studies. And the task of the teacher is to reveal those traits that are necessary in the future profession. It’s really not easy. Firstly, academic studies are given to the majority with incredible difficulty, despite good creative potential. Secondly, students lack personal qualities, without which the birth of an independent, self-confident artist is impossible. And if we are talking about the director, that is, about the leading creative unit, then the requirements for self-education increase many times over. This article will focus on the obligatory directorial moral skills that a teacher must cultivate in students from the first year of study.

TO THE QUESTION ABOUT SOME INCONSISTENCIES OF THE MONISTIC PICTURE OF THE WORLD

Abstract. The article deals with the question of how correct it is to adhere to a monistic view of the world, taking into account the current level of knowledge. An attempt is made to describe the world in all its diversity with consistent and strict observance of the monistic position. Models for such a description are consistently proposed in mathematics, geometry, and general systems theory. It is concluded that it is impossible to build an adequate model using these approaches. It is suggested that the impossibility of creating a monistic model is connected with the human constitution, the fundamental non-Cartesian dualism inherent in it. The following are possible conclusions that should be reached for a more adequate and realistic description of the surrounding reality.

PERSONAL POTENTIAL IN THE CHOICE OF COOPERATION STRATEGIES IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Abstract. The article discusses the problem of personal potential, the formation of which during the period of professional training can be stimulated by creating conditions for overcoming the subject’s own boundaries of actual development and involvement in activities that require creative decisions and active practical actions. Personal potential is a significant resource in vocational training and is an energetically powerful complex of latent personality traits that integrate different levels of individuality that are activated in stressful situations associated with overcoming educational, professional and life difficulties. In the study of the personal potential of persons studying in an educational organization of higher professional education at the age of 18 to 22, psychodiagnostic methods were used: the Leonhard-Schmishek Questionnaire; questionnaire “Research of the psychological structure of temperament” (B.N. Smirnov); technique “Strategies for overcoming stressful situations, SACS” (S. Hobfall). The results obtained suggest a high level of constructiveness of the behavior of subjects of education in overcoming stressful situations, with healthy tendencies to use available resources with a high degree of efficiency, which makes it possible to predict stable stress resistance and further development of personal potential. The totality of the identified correlations indicates that in the circumstances of overcoming stressful conditions, personal potential is determined mainly by socially acquired personality traits, which for the most part positively correlate with active coping strategies of a prosocial orientation and negatively with passive and asocial strategies.

DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP. “VERTICAL POWER” IS CHANGED BY “HORIZONTAL” INFLUENCE

Abstract. Traditionally, leadership has been viewed as a top-down process of influence – from the formal leader to the followers. In accordance with this, management processes has also been built within a hierarchy. However, the changes taking place in recent decades, characterized by increasing uncertainty, complexity of the environment, an ever-growing demand for teamwork, including self-managed teams. In such teams, management is based on the principles of shared leadership, where each team member influences the others. Shared leadership requires a change not only in the methods of management, but also in the management paradigm itself, when power is concentrated in the hands of a manager appointed from above. It involves the creation of readiness at the organizational level, formal leaders and team members. The article provides an overview of the nature and structure of shared leadership, listing the constructs close to shared leadership and their characteristic features. The material discusses the conditions for the emergence of shared leadership and the factors contributing to it, and gives a variant of the integral model of shared leadership. The article includes descriptions of different variants of shared leadership impact on team performance. The potential risks associated with this form of leadership are presented and possible approaches to assessing shared leadership are described.

HUMANITARIAN AND ANTHROPOLOGICAL DIMENSIONS OF INTERACTION OF SUPERVISOR AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENT

Abstract. Reforming the domestic graduate school solves the problem of optimizing the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, improving its quality. Foreign experience in the use of interdisciplinary programs, network, cluster resources is actively mastered. The institution of mentoring in a pair of “supervisor – graduate student” is recognized as obsolete, a search is being made for technological ways to train future researchers, and the need to train personnel for scientific leadership is affirmed, primarily filling the lack of managerial competencies. The author of the article proposes to comprehend this position as increasing the risk of technocratization, rejection of the humanistic orientation of the development of adult education. It is proposed, based on the humanitarian-anthropological approach and its definition of the mission of education as the development of human potential and personality, and the people as a whole, to update the ontology of interaction “mentor-mentee”, to restore the understanding of the fundamental principle of its value, educational component, which allows to support intergenerational, cultural continuity. A scientific leader in the context of the philosophy of tradition is considered as a subject of the constructive tradition of a certain scientific school, a bearer of not only subject-scientific knowledge, a specific research program, ethical standards, but also the experience of value thinking, the arrangement of spiritual life, and life-building in general. In this capacity, he is a potentially significant Other for a graduate student, a personal meeting with which allows a novice researcher to develop his own subjectivity. Occupation of a scientific supervisor of a humanitarian-anthropological position in educational interaction presupposes not only the presence of such subjectivity, but also andragogical training, mastering the methods of non-formal education, which will make it possible to realize human conformity. Rethinking the practices of scientific management is especially necessary in the transition of the functioning of postgraduate studies from the basics of the relevant federal state educational standards to federal state requirements.

PROFESSIONAL CREATIVE THINKING AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING THE STRESS RESISTANCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL

Abstract. The article discusses the causes of increased stressovization (exposure to stress) in society. The history of the development of ideas about stress is analyzed. The main approaches to understanding stress are considered, and the advantages and disadvantages of each approach are presented. The main stress models are highlighted. The description of self-observation, an authoritative scientist, in the process of professional creative activity, under severe prolonged stress and in the event of a state of professional burnout is presented. As a result of activities that include the use of professional creative thinking, Vladimir Efimovich Grum-Grzhimailo was able to get rid of a state of severe stress (neurasthenia). A brief description of the main symptoms of neurasthenia is presented. The main theoretical and methodological foundations that influenced the choice of a certain direction of studying creative professional thinking are considered. In the study, we used: the Torence test; expert study of the manifestations of professional creative thinking; a survey of the subject’s environment (collecting opinions according to the scheme) about the features of professional creative thinking of a particular subject of activity; a natural experiment in the process of creative activity carried out by the subject; filling out a magazine about the features of professional creative thinking of a particular subject based on information received from various sources. A model for the development of professional creative thinking has been developed, which includes four levels of development of professional creative thinking, divided into three blocks and three zones of mental development. The main mechanisms of professional creative thinking in increasing stress resistance are analyzed. Professional creative thinking organizes positive restorative activities to optimize the stress resistance of the individual.

MOTIVATIONAL-VALUE COMPONENT IN THE WORK OF A MODERN AMATEUR CHOIR

Abstract. The article analyzes the features of motivation necessary to work with an amateur choir. In the conditions of modern society, the creation and development of an adult choir group requires innovative approaches to solving organizational issues, which means that conductors should study in depth motivational and value attitudes. Having revealed some patterns of professional work from his own experience, the author suggests ways to solve problems related to the motivation for creative activity of adult amateur choir singers. The methodological basis of the study was the work of P.G. Chesnokova, V.A. Chernushenko, V. Norman, T.D. Zinkevich-Evstigneeva and others. The novelty of the study lies in identifying the features of the motivational-value component, which will allow the creation and development of an amateur team in the context of the widespread use of social networks, serious concert tasks, etc.

THE IMAGE OF A “STRANGER” IN THE SEXUAL CULTURE OF RUSSIA AS A REFLECTION OF HOMOPHOBIA AMONG MODERN YOUTH

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the study of the image of a “stranger” in the sexual culture of Russia as a reflection of homophobia among modern youth. It was revealed that, despite the declared tolerance, there are many contradictions against boys and girls to the problems of homosexuality. The problem of a biased and negative attitude to the image of a person with non -traditional sexual orientation remains unresolved, the topic of homosexuality is taboo, and homophobic attitudes are often imposed as traditional values. A large number of young people consider homosexuality dangerous, since its presence can cause a demographic crisis, the spread of diseases, the collapse of the institution of the family and the harmful effects on the psyche of the future generation. Many young people are convinced that a demonstration of a homosexual lifestyle increases the number of people with non -traditional orientation. Negative ideas about homosexual people and a biased attitude towards them are formed not on the basis of their own experience, but with the help of images that create the media and due to the lack of qualitative education in the field of gender psychology. The assumption has been made that overcoming homonegativism and homophobia is possible through a refutation of myths, stereotypes and prejudices regarding various aspects of human sexuality through professional psychological education and thanks to an adequate state policy that would not suffer antihostically xenophobic moods.

IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH IN TEACHING RUSSIAN SIGN LANGUAGE IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR OF RUSSIA

Abstract. Based on the analysis of scientific publications, the authors showed that the teaching of Russian sign language in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is based mainly on the principles and methods of communicative, pragmatic and systematic approaches and revealed that interdisciplinary approach in teaching the discipline “Fundamentals of Russian Sign Language” is widespread incidental. The teachers involved in the conduct of this discipline must not only be proficient in sign language at the required level, but also be well trained in the legal, procedural and tactical features of the police work carried out in conditions of real professional interaction with the deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Based on the experience of teaching this discipline in the Ryazan branch of Moscow University of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation named after V.Y. Kikot, the authors formulate methodological recommendations for organizing the process of teaching Russian sign language within the framework of an interdisciplinary approach. Thus, it was proposed to conduct classes on practice-oriented topics simultaneously by two teachers: those who speak Russian sign language and who have practical experience and knowledge in the field of legal and tactical-special disciplines, or prepare teachers with practical experience in police service for teaching the discipline; to conduct practical classes after passing most of the legal and special disciplines; to combine traditional forms of education with interactive teaching methods, the main of which are trainings in which typical situations of professional communication with deaf citizens are simulated; to conduct general questioning to update knowledge, skills and abilities in legal and tactical-special disciplines before training; to present the communicative situation of the interaction of a policeman with a deaf person in the form of an algorithm of actions in certain typical situations; to select vocabulary for each topic on the basis of the tasks and needs of ensuring communication in a given situation of professional communication; to turn from simple reproductive tasks to complex tasks of a productive dialogic nature in practical classes.

QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF UNIVERSITY LECTURE AMONG MASTER STUDENTS

Abstract. The problem of quantifying the lecture concerns teachers of professional institutions of various levels, and taking into account the peculiarities of the transition to the sustainable development of the educational process in the framework of master’s programs, it acquires particular relevance. The lecture is the subject of assessment of the pedagogical and professional skills of the lecturer. Pedagogical interaction, in terms of organizing work with undergraduates, can take place in various formats, including on-line or off-line modes. In the course of an expert-questionnaire methodology, within the framework of teaching various disciplines to undergraduates, a comparison and detailed processing of the effectiveness of 122 lectures delivered in five areas of the master’s program were carried out. The experts were 189 listeners. The methodology provided for three measurement scales, each of which reflected a certain aspect of the lecture: its usefulness, significance, and emotionality. The presence or absence of the use of on-line educational technologies can be taken into account by the expert when quantifying one of the sides of the lecture. It is shown that the results obtained made it possible to quantify the level of the lecture, determine the effectiveness of information transfer and evaluate the individual “success index” of the lecturer. The method for assessing the level of a lecture can be taken as a basis by all teachers in the process of self-management of their professional activities in self-analysis of a lecture, as well as by the heads of university departments and administrative workers of educational organizations striving for an objective assessment of a lecturer’s activity in various formats and improving the mechanism of pedagogical management at a university.

LIFE ORIENTATIONS AS A FACTOR OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH IN YOUTH

Abstract. The concept of the meaning of life is based on the values and needs that form the basis of the personality. The concept of the meaning of life includes a generalized understanding of the purpose, process and result of one’s life. Meaningful orientations play an important role in the direction, orientation and regulation of relations between people and society, provide the individual with familiarization with the system of norms and values, self-defense and self-affirmation of the personality. The performed analysis of literary sources makes it possible to state that all authors emphasize the high social significance of studying meaningful life orientations in adolescence as an important factor in the further genesis of the personal and mental growth of the individual. However, the analysis of modern literary sources did not reveal comprehensive studies of the features of the structure, mechanisms, factors of the meaning of life orientations of young people. Only a few works explore the contradictions of modern higher education, which impede the formation of the phenomenon under study, as well as the psychological characteristics and dynamics of meaningful life orientations of students in the conditions of professional training. Thus, the high relevance, social significance and insufficient development of the phenomenon of meaningful life orientations in adolescence necessitate further theoretical and experimental studies of this phenomenon as an important determinant of the personal and professional growth of an individual in adolescence.

THE USE OF INNOVATIVE SERVICES AND PROGRAMS IN THE COURSE OF LINGUISTIC TRAINING OF STUDENTS AT THE TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract. Introduction to the problem. Traditional educational technologies do not allow university students to fully master foreign-language competencies. Innovative services and programs are more flexible and allow you to create adapted conditions for learning foreign languages at a technological university. To solve the problem of the formation of foreign language competencies among students of the Technological University, it is proposed to create an electronic educational system of the university, which will contain all the necessary tools for teamwork and remote work, interactive language and vocational training. The electronic educational system should integrate the Learning Management System (LMS) and AR/VR technologies. This will allow students to fully immerse themselves in a virtual or augmented space in which they will interact with physical or virtual reality and at the same time have access to all the necessary methodological materials: reference books, textbooks, dictionaries, audio and video recordings, control questions, etc. The integration of LMS and AR/VR technology will create adapted conditions for the formation of foreign-language competencies of university graduates, increase their demand in the labor market and the prestige of the educational institution.

METHOD Z. KODAYA IN TEACHING MUSIC STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract. In the twentieth century, musical education systems were developed, which became the basis for the development of pedagogy at all levels of education. In pedagogical education the ideas of Z. Kodai, K. Orf, E. Jacques-Dalcroz, D. B. Kabalevsky are used in teaching music students. In musical pedagogical education, the ideas of Z. Kodai, K. Orfa, E. Jacques-Dalcroza, D. B. Kabalevsky, originally intended for the system of general primary music education, began to be used in an adapted form in the training of musical students. Method Z. Kodai is used as a means of forming the pedagogical competencies of a future music teacher. The inclusion of Z. Kodai’s method in music education leads to the further development of all aspects of musical hearing, the sense of musical rhythm, musical perception, musical thinking and to a deep understanding of all intonation structures, since sound qualities, intonation, as well as musical and linguistic competence are mastered faster and better in the complex interaction of pentatonic and diatonic sounds.
