ABOUT MODERN TECHNOLOGIES INCREASING THE INDICATORS OF PSEUDDON PUBLIC ACTIVITY

Abstract. The author supports the activities of the National Electronic Library of Russia to remove “garbage” editions from the RINC. In the article specific examples of university collections of scientific works demonstrate modern technologies of unjustified increase in the indicators of scientific publication activity, with the help of which “hirsch managers” raise the “citation indexes” and the number of publications in the RINC to clients, in the absence of quality and scientific significance of the research results. Technologies pseudocitability of steel, unfortunately, used in many educational organizations. The cases described in this article unite not only the scale and multiplicity of the acts, but the existence of a single “coordination center” with one organizer. The applied technologies of “adding sources of” necessary “authors to the lists of articles” and “publication of fabricated articles with lists of literature of the right content” are effective, even if there are no new scientific publications available to the “client”, to provide him virtually any values of published activity indicators in the shortest possible time. Information on the suppression of such activities by teachers implementing unscrupulous technologies and their public censure, the reputational costs of heads of organizations participating in the tacit support of unscrupulous colleagues, is missing. The author believes that the active self-purification of the faculty and the principled attitude to the facts of the scientific scam will lead to a genuine improvement in the quality, significance and intensity of scientific research of university workers.

Keywords: Russian scientific citation index (RINC), citation index, Hirsch index, pseudoscientific publication activity, pseudocitability technologies.

The main features of games that make them the most attractive to users and promote their active involvement in the game were identified. The main advantages of this game genre have been conceptualized. Based on theoretical reflection a hypothesis on the existence of significant connections and differences on exercise of innovativeness and creativity in high school students involved and not involved in massively multiplayer online role-playing games had been designed. To confirm the hypotheses put forward the following methods were used: 1) Questionnaire for assessing the degree of excessive focus on role playing computer games (E. Belovod, I. Kolotilova); 2) Form for studying gaming activity, experience and genre gaming preferences of a person (N. Omelchenko); 3) Scale of self-evaluation capacity of personal innovative qualities (N. REALITIES OF FUTURE AS FIRST-ORDER CONDITIONS FOR THE SURVIVAL OF HUMANKIND

Abstract. Issues affecting the future scenario of the development of mankind are put and discussed. The authors give the results of a careful analysis of historical and modern scientific sources that are related questions including theoretical understanding of the world civilization development, its various options; understanding an essence of social nature; identification and justification of the factors that determine the functioning and sustainable development of the society; philosophical and sociological approaches to the development of futurological projects and scenarios for the advancement of the human community. It was concluded that despite the different approaches to understanding the future and the mechanisms that determine it, almost all researchers rely on common philosophical grounds that have a fundamental order specified by unified laws and regularities of functioning and developing of nature, society, man and space. On the basis of the results of many years of experiments the authors come to the conclusion that the modern world community has exhausted the development resource allotted to it by history based upon capitalist form of management and stands on the cusp of global social changes that will lead to it to a new era that has been predestined. Situation that must be heeded now calls for the development of a unified Strategy for the Development of the World Community in the medium and long term (50-100 years), which should have a high level of scientific justification including virtually all spheres of peoples life of our planet. This is possible only by uniting the intellectual potential of all the passionaries of the world community. The development of this strategy should be based on the futuristic forecast of the world civilization projected growth. Of the many possible ways for the development of mankind the authors determine the unity possible – the construction of the noosphere representing mankind’s way of preserving the planet Earth, the survival and further progress of world civilization. It is believed that in the near future all of humanity (or most of it) will unite behind planet-wide and cosmic idea of the great Russian thinker V. Vernadsky. The peoples of the world community will direct all their vital forces to strengthening cooperation and unification on the principles of mutual assistance and support. Although, are possible two other variants of events leading humanity to gradual degradation. Ultimately, the way in which humanity will continue its development is to be determined independently, based on the common sense of simple survival.

STRUCTURE OF ENVY IN THE CONTEXT OF SYSTEMIC AND RELATIONAL APPROACH

Abstract. The article describes envy under systematic and relational approach, which is a synthesis of the main provisions of the system approach and the theory of personal relations. The systemically important factor of envy was detected as a systemic formation through which elements are united in integrity that is the target purpose of the system (desire to restore subjective equality with the superior Other). The functions of envy (stimulating, regulative, asserting, protective) are designated that together uncover specific purpose of the system and determine the most optimal ways and means to achieve the goal. It is shown that envy has a multilevel structure represented by metasystem, system, sub-structural, component and elemental levels. At the central subsystem level the person’s relations to the superior Other, to the objects of his superiority and himself are localized, the synthesis of which forms the social and psychological relation of envy. The component level of each subsystem is represented by traditional components for psychological relationships (cognitive, affective, conative). The content of all components has been disclosed. It is demonstrated that while changing dynamic parameters (stability and severity) the envious attitude can be transformed into envy as a property of a person having the predominant shades of one of the two kinds of envy – envy-dislike and envy-despondency. The attributive properties of envy (selectivity, partiality, low awareness, maskability, traditionalism, sociality, ambivalence, equalization) are selected that together form its qualitative certainty and distinguish it from other socio-psychological relations.

EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF EMOTIONAL BURNOUT OF TEACHERS WORKING WITH SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN

Abstract. Studies on emotional burnout are more and more relevant in science and HR management. Emotional burnout affects physical, psychological health and productivity. There is a lot of research, but none on emotional burnout of teachers working with seriously ill children. In the research there is 253 participants of different age and sex with working experience up to 49 years and experience of teaching seriously ill children up to 26 years. The article looks into the degree and structure of emotional burnout; two methods of calculating burnout stage have been compared. Maslach Burnout Inventory results correspond to the author’s experience. Teachers do not see results of their work and develop emotional burnout. That is why informing teachers and giving them psychological support is essential. Emotional burnout is present for almost half the sample. According to Boiko test, the most common symptoms are “suffering from psychologically destructive circumstances”, “inadequate selective emotional response” and “professional tasks deterioration”. Emotional burnout has been detected for 41% of the sample. Both research methods have shown the same results for 85% of the teachers.
