CONVERGENCE AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE THE PERFORMANCE IN THE PROCESS OF CONDUCTING AND CHORAL TRAINING IN MODERN CHINA

Abstract. The article deals with the problems of the development of modern conductor-choral education in China. The author emphasizes that the true national choral culture in the twentieth century was in the shadow of musical art and education. Choral works, like any art associated with the text, were censored. Masterpieces of Western European music of this genre were practically not performed. Conducting and choral education was not characterized by consistency, quality methodological support. Only now there is an understanding of the high status of the musical and pedagogical profession, a lot of choirs of different age levels and professional status. Thanks to the study of Chinese students abroad, there is the formation of a global civilizational and educational paradigm of the dialogue of educational systems as a polyphonic «dialogue of cultures». On the basis of the questionnaire research conducted by the author, the article formulates important conclusions for understanding the prospects of development of conducting and choral education in China. Despite Russian music’s great love and popularity, the acquaintance of Chinese students with Russian works is limited to a rather narrow repertoire and genre-musical corps, composer’s personalities. In musical performance, including choral, the interpretation component is still very slightly formed. The key thesis is to understand the need to manage the process of convergence of the listening and performing experience of Chinese students-musicians. This process can and should be stimulated, adjusted, directed and transformed. Then it can become an effective generator of active and successful development of their professional, creative and personal qualities.

Keywords: musical education of modern China, conductor-choral training, convergence process, listening and performing experience, Russian music, motivational component.

The author reveals the constructive nature and scope of the problem field of the study of the subject of ecocommunity, the new paradigm of ecophilosophy. Considered modern interpretations of the subject of communication, among which highlighted the role of autopoiesis N. Luhmann. In the target and heuristic units and methodology of analysis of the subject of ecocommunity a key place in article occupies the position, emanating from the principle of organic integrity and environmental imperative N.N. Moses. POTENTIAL OF ACTIVITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL INFORMATION SPACE

Abstract. The article proposes the concept of human activity as the basis of the cultural and value formation of a planetary subject, focused on overcoming informational determinism. Studying the problem of the formation of the status of information as the primary reality in the society of the era of globalization, the author shows its connection with the transformation of activity and the processes of mastering time. The author connects the reasons for the hypertrophied status of information and the incompleteness of studies of its socio-historical meaning in the modern era with the lack of clarity of its connection with the category «activity» as the basis of being and the formation of subjectivity. The activity, which is carried out on the basis of culture and its not only relational components, but also sustainability parameters, first of all, norms, restores the priority of human subjectivity in the future development of the informational and global space of the modern world. The activity carried out on the basis of culture, although deployed in the information field, changes the status of information, interpreting it only as a symbolic copy of a person’s real life and human subjectivity: the relationship between time and information is now governed by the cultural values. Rethinking the connection between the categories «activity», «information», «time» in accordance with this allows us to create a space of international cultural relations in which the cultural experience accumulated by mankind, the development of the information space and the content of social time associated with it can be put under the control of a planetary subject in in order to save his life.

Key words: globalization, information, subject of activity, activity, time, culture, norm.

Abstract. This article is devoted to the study of the cognitive component of the control of the behavior of employees of the penal system from the perspective of a system-subjective approach. Cognitive control refers to the ability to integrate, coordinate, and ensure the functioning of all mental cognitive processes in order to solve cognitive tasks to maximize the result in the professional work of the penitentiary system personnel. Moreover, the features of the cognitive side in the control of behavior have their own specifics depending on labor specialization, as well as on the length of service of employees. The study revealed that employees who have professional contact with prisoners (employees of the security department of correctional institutions) have an increase in their ability to quickly assess the situation and develop action programs, while employees who do not have contact with prisoners service with firearms (employees of the security department), an increased ability to concentrate was revealed. Along with this, a decrease in the ability to accept responsibility for the correct analysis of emerging professional and professional situations, as well as for the constructive construction of the main programs of activity, was noted. In an empirical study within the framework of the stated problem, the author takes the position of a system-subjective approach to understanding the personality of an employee of the penitentiary system.

Abstract. The article is devoted to a theoretical review of Russian and foreign studies of early childhood experience in family relationships in patients with malignant neoplasms. The paper presents the main aspects of early childhood, which can influence the formation of the personality of a cancer patient. An analysis of domestic empirical studies has shown that they are mainly aimed at studying the type of personality of a cancer patient, at identifying the presence of traumatic situations in childhood associated with negative experiences of parent-child relationships. Foreign studies in most cases are aimed at studying the quality of life of cancer patients, their attitude to illness and health, however, the article presents a number of empirical studies of the types of attachment, personality characteristics of patients with oncology. The authors of the article carried out a comparative analysis of Russian and foreign studies, indicating that, despite the different focus of psychological research in oncology, as well as the results of a violation of attachment to the mother, there is not a significant difference in the data obtained. Disruption of attachment can form certain personality traits (responsibility, integrity, uncertainty, irritability, impatience), behaviors (socially acceptable behavior), which are similar for most patients. Also, according to the results of the analysis of studies, it can be concluded that the cancer position prevails among children, which determines their behavioral reactions in certain situations (shifting responsibility, need for support, externally blaming position).

SYSTEM OF THE ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF SUBJECTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE KHABAROVSK REGION

Abstract. A new socio-economic and educational situation, a qualitative change in the means of labor and the content of activities in working professions necessitates a change in the content of the activities of teachers of professional educational organizations. In particular, research and creativity should become its integral component. The optimal tool that contributes to the formation of readiness for scientific activity and its implementation among the subjects of the educational process in PEO is the creation of a specific creative environment. Creating a creative environment, including in research organizations and organizations involved in research and development, is a widely used practice in foreign organizations. The system of incentive allowances used in Russia according to the results of scientific activity does not have sufficient developing potential. The article describes an example of creating a system for the organization of research activities (RA system) in professional educational organizations (PEO) of the Khabarovsk Territory. The methodological basis for the development of such a system is a metasystem approach. The RA system has hierarchical levels of organization (metasystem, system, subsystem, component, elemental). The system-forming goal is to create an enabling environment conducive to the scientific and creative activities of the subjects of the educational process in PEO. The subsystem level of the RA system is an extensive network of scientific teams and associations, including scientific associations of teachers and student scientific societies. The components of the component level are teachers, PEO students, employees, etc. At the elementary level, the RA system is represented by the conditions of scientific activity in PEO, facilitating factors, as well as constraining factors. The metasystem in which the RA system is ontologically included is the education system of the Khabarovsk Territory. The paper presents some intermediate stages and elements of the formation of the RA system, which are, inter alia, intermediate results of this process.

MAIN FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATURAL SCIENTIFIC WORLD VIEW OF THE PERSONALITY OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT

Abstract. The acute problems in the processes of training and education related to the development of the natural science worldview of the personality of graduates of all educational institutions are truly topical problems. Currently, especially, the significance of the worldview component in training both a bachelor and a specialist, the development of their ability to think strategically, and to understand the main trends in the development of their own profession and society as a whole is growing significantly. Therefore, we believe that the phenomenon of the natural science worldview is an integral part of the student’s competency-building. We will find out what are the main factors influencing the development of the natural science worldview of the student’s personality from the point of view of the synergetic approach. In our work, we adhere to the opinion of many scientists that the process itself and the results of human development are determined by the combined influence of three fundamental factors – heredity, environment and education. But we believe that these are not the only factors affecting the development of the natural science worldview of the personality of a university student. We came to the conclusion that the teacher’s psychological and pedagogical task is to educate the student as a subject of educational and professional activity, which implies, first of all, the need to teach him the ability to orient himself dynamically in difficult situations, make decisions independently, and a sense of responsibility for the task being performed, the ability to plan and organize their activities. All this requires the determination of the learning activities inherent for successful study, the program for their implementation and the clear organization of the exercises for their formation and development. In this case, the teacher himself must demonstrate the exemplary implementation of such actions. The article will allow not only to comprehend many pedagogical problems, but also to build, correct professionally-personal self-development and creative self-realization not only of students, but also of teachers themselves. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the work performed does not exhaust all the problems of the development of the natural science worldview of students. Research in this area can be continued in the aspect of studying the influence of various educational fields, the particularities of the development of the worldview of students of various courses, in the educational system of higher education, in the process of deepening integration of science and humanities.

INTERCONNECTION OF BASIC ASSUMPTIONS, SATURATION OF LIVE WITH STRESS AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING

Abstract. In this paper the results of empirical research of the features of basic assumptions and the saturation of live with stress in dependence with the level of psychological well-being. Essential characteristics of the conception of «basic assumption» in the modern psychology is given, bases for the study of the interconnections of basic assumptions, of the presence of stress events and of the level of psychological well-being are determined, the obtained results are described. The relations between saturation of life with stress and different basic assumptions of a persons (based on typology of R. Yanov-Bulman) are analyzed. Based on the Holmes and Rage Stress Scale, the classification of stress events was performed. Five categories of stress, related to certain life areas are defined: health, family, professional activities, finances, personal stress. The causes of stress are classified into negative, positive and indefinite. Based on the results of the research the conclusions regarding the presence of the relations between the basic assumptions and the levels of psychological well-being as well as between basic assumptions and assessment of the stressful life events by a person are reached. The assessment of the relations between psychological well-being and the Stress Scale did not revealed significant correlation. This suggests that the level of psychological well-being does not depend directly on the number of stressful events in a life of a human. One could suggest the well-being would be dependent more on the way of treating and perceiving it.

FEATURES OF MOTIVATION OF TEACHING FOREIGN STUDENTS

Abstract. The international character of modern education is expressed in the growth of academic mobility of students, in the increase in the number of foreign students in the world. In this context, the quality of the offered knowledge is one of the most important conditions for the competitiveness of the educational system of the university and the country as a whole. In turn, the quality of knowledge is closely related to how students learn the material they teach, which is directly related to the level of severity of their learning motivation. One of the resources for optimizing the training of foreign students is to increase the importance of educational and professional motives. In a broader sense, this problem is associated with the process of sociocultural adaptation, since it turns out to be significant how a student from another country feels, found himself in a new social environment, how to form a high motivation for learning and increase the level of assimilation of professional knowledge. The aim of the research presented in the article was a comparative study of the educational motivation of foreign (Turkmen) and Russian students.
